Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Social OS ("the Service"), operated by Teamoon Agency S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Social OS is a multi-tenant social media management platform that enables agencies and their clients to plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest). The Service also provides analytics and reporting features.

2. Account and Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must have proper authorization to connect and manage social media accounts through the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that violates the terms of the connected social platforms.
• Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Exceed the rate limits or abuse the APIs of connected platforms.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish through Social OS. We do not claim any rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Social OS connects to third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, outages, or policy changes that may affect the Service.

6. Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As a data processor acting on behalf of agencies (data controllers), we comply with GDPR and applicable Italian data protection legislation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the availability or reliability of third-party platform integrations. We are not liable for content published through the Service or for any loss resulting from third-party platform actions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
